By registering for the Circle of Champions Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Your personal and educational information is protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We will not share your data without your consent.

2. The educational information you disclose in the Network will be shared with the Champions in your Circle.

3. For research and product improvement purposes, your activity in the Network will be monitored. All the information we collect will remain private and will not be used outside the Circle of Champions Network. 

4. You have the right to access and review your educational records at any time.

5. If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy, our team is here to help.

6. If you express any kind of mental health emergency or express any intention to hurt yourself/someone else through the Circle of Champions Network, we will do our best to help, but emergencies should go directly to 911 or designated personnel at your college.
