Faculty Perspective: Fostering Connection in the Classroom

Today we are sharing some words from faculty member Jourjina Alkhouri, a Biology professor at Merced College. In today’s clip, she discusses her introduction to her first semester integrating the platform into her courses. She noticed a major shift in students being more engaged with each other in the classroom and highlighted the comfort they had with sharing updates, achievements, and the small victories that can add up to big success over time.
