My Circle of Champions sat down with Leticia Palacios, a general education counselor at Gavilan College and asked - "What challenges do students have starting college?“
There are many factors that can play into a student's first experience when entering college, however the consensus is clear you are not alone in feeling confused! Things are always changing and navigating life events can be difficult, but this experience is not a solitary one and we can still learn from those around us.
That’s why My Circle of Champions exists to help students feel supported, connected, and reminded that help is always within reach.
